It covers patent filing strategies (Italian, European, and PCT applications), the rights granted by patents, and the intellectual property rights of employees and researchers regarding inventions created during their work. Through case studies, students will gain practical insights into the legal framework, including key articles of the Italian Industrial Property Code, and understand the potential risks associated with poorly drafted employment contracts.
